How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Are your minerals natural?

Yes. We strive to offer genuine natural mineral specimens and crystals. As natural products, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in colour, shape, size and crystal formation.

Will I receive exactly the item shown in the photos?

Unless otherwise stated, you will receive the exact specimen shown in the product photos.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are located in the European Union, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.

Once the order has been dispatched, it must be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
