At Northern Specimens, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Return Period

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Include all accessories and documentation originally supplied.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.

Refunds
